Job summary

Above Lending is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our team in Houston, TX. You will assess clients’ financial needs, explain loan products, and guide them through the application process while meeting monthly targets.

Remote work is available with shifts 8:00am-5:00pm CT and 12:00pm-9:00pm CT. You’ll use scripts, follow compliance, and manage inbound/outbound calls to convert leads and drive revenue, with AI-assisted screening used in hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in personal lending or loan advisory roles.
• Strong history of converting leads to sales with documented success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Technological literacy for computer applications and client assistance with uploading documents and navigating websites.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial needs, educate them on loan products and facilitate the loan application.
• Engage with clients to ensure they understand the value of our product.
• Collaborate with verification teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Manage workload and pipeline, monitor and track leads through stages.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
