Job summary

PrincePerelson & Associates is seeking a dedicated Loan Processor to support a growing lending brand in a fully remote setting. The role requires residence in Nevada and starts on or around 09/14/26, with a pay rate of $17 per hour and quarterly bonuses.

You will manage loan applications, verify details with customers, and resolve inquiries via phone, email, or fax. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of administrative or data-entry experience, strong phone skills, and a customer-focused

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative, office, and data entry experience.
• Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices.
• Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types.
• Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of loan applications, ensuring compliance with established quality standards for processing.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers to verify details on loan applications and collect additional information if required.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently through phone, email, or fax communication channels.
• Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information.
