PrincePerelson & Associates is seeking a Loan Processor to work from home while living in Utah. You will manage loan applications, verify details via outbound calls, and resolve customer inquiries through multiple channels.

The role requires strong phone communication, CRM familiarity, and excellent time management. Starting 10/12/26, the position offers $17/hour with quarterly bonuses up to $700 and opportunities for growth within a growing lending brand.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative, office, and data entry experience
• Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
• Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
• Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of loan applications, ensuring compliance with established quality standards for processing
• Initiate outbound calls to customers to verify details on loan applications and collect additional information if required
• Resolve customer issues efficiently through phone, email, or fax communication channels
• Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
