American AgCredit is seeking a Retail Documentation Specialist to prepare and review mortgage and commercial loan documents in a centralized team. You will manage servicing actions, draft escrows, and ensure lien perfection while coordinating with lenders and underwriters.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to policies in a partly remote/hybrid environment. Prior mortgage/escrow experience is valued, with a supportive, growth–oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to draft and review mortgage and commercial loan documents.
• Experience with loan servicing actions and releases is needed.
• Knowledge of title insurance practices and procedures preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare master and supplemental loan documents and related instruments.
• Manage loan preparation for servicing actions including assumptions and releases.
• Ensure closing conditions and lien perfection are reflected in documents.
• Review appraisal reports and ensure proper collateral documentation.
• Draft escrow instructions and title endorsements as needed.
• Communicate with branches and underwriters to resolve discrepancies.
