Job summary

National Mortgage Staffing is hiring experienced, licensed Loan Officers for multiple production models across the US, including remote, hybrid, and in-office roles. Opportunities cover self-sourced retail, consumer direct, call center, bilingual Spanish-speaking, bridge/private money, and commercial lending.

Active NMLS license is required for residential roles; experience ranges from 1–3 years to seasoned producers for senior, self-sourced, and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required for residential roles.
• 1–3 years experience for most roles; senior positions for self-sourced/branch/commercial.
• Spanish fluency required for bilingual roles.
• Commercial/private money experience where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential, investment, bridge, or commercial loans depending on role.
• Manage borrower relationships from intake through closing.
• Work self-sourced referrals, company-provided leads, or a blend.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state lending requirements.
• Meet or exceed production expectations aligned to role type.
