Inspire Home Loans is seeking a Loan Officer for a REMOTE position covering Florida, Georgia, or South Carolina. You will assist customers in aligning financing objectives with available loan products, while maintaining knowledge of lending policies and regulatory requirements.

A Florida Real Estate License is required, and bilingual Spanish is preferred for strong client communication. The role emphasizes high production, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service

Formación

• 3+ years of experience originating loans (builder preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NMLS license required in the state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze customer financial information to assess loan qualification.
• Advise borrowers on loan options, risks, and benefits.
• Discuss loan products to meet individual needs and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate with customer, sales, processing, underwriting, and title company.
• Lock the rate and manage personal production to ensure timely closings.
• Meet or exceed company standards and provide professional customer service.
• Perform other duties as needed.
