True Financial Lending is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our headquarters in Southfield. This full-time inside sales role focuses on closing residential and commercial loans with live-transfer leads, remote flexibility, and a high-velocity environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive live-transfer leads and build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend mortgage products.
• Handle multiple lead sources including inbound, transfers, and outbound.
• Guide clients through application and pre-approval process.
