Qualifications

• High school diploma required with at least two years of post-high school education.
• Three years of experience documenting mortgage and/or commercial loans.
• Knowledge of legal requirements for documenting loans secured by real and personal property.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documents, including mortgage and commercial loans.
• Manage loan documentation for loan servicing actions and related covenants.
• Verify instructions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with lenders and staff.
• Ensure closing conditions and final documents reflect approved terms.
• Draft escrow instructions and title-related endorsements as needed.
• Prepare correspondence and loan conditions precedents; support branch personnel.
