Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Disclosure Desk Specialist in Annapolis, MD to support the loan process and ensure TRID compliance for initial and redisclosure packages. The role reports to the Disclosure Desk Team Lead and emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration with loan staff and partners.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years in mortgage lending with at least 1 year in loan disclosures; strong regulatory knowledge and communication with clients

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Mortgage Lending experience (within the last 3 years).
• At least 1 year of Loan Disclosures experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review disclosure packages including the Loan Estimate.
• Review disclosure related data entered in the LOS for accuracy.
• Ensure proper loan set-up within the LOS and loan structure is accurate.
• Review files submitted for re-disclosure in adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Determine and document validity of changed circumstances in collaboration with origination, processing, or underwriting.
• Monitor Disclosure Desk work queue and e-mail to support all team members within SLA timeframes.
• Cooperate with and adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements (CRA, BSA, EEO, SAFE Act).
• Participate in required training sessions, including BSA/AML compliance.
