Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of BSA experience with enterprise software.
• Experience gathering business, functional, and system requirements.
• Experience supporting software implementations or transformations.
• Strong SDLC, testing, and change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, analyze, and manage LMS requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
• Define future-state processes and system capabilities.
• Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, and use cases.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to deployment deliverables.
• Coordinate review and sign-off of requirements documentation.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document current and future-state workflows, and compliance processes.
• Support migration activities from SumTotal to SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Analyze data for migration readiness and validation.
• Assist with data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Support CSV documentation and validation deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT and testing activities with stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and training compliance reports.
