Compassion Mind Counseling Solutions in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. This full-time role offers a healthy work-life balance and an annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, with additional incentives.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, ensure regulatory documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• You must hold an Independent LMHC License within Florida or be willing to obtain licensure in Florida; Compassion Mind will cover costs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure timely and compliant documentation per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based approaches.
• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes and liaise with agencies to facilitate access to resources.
