Adelante Life Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a fully remote, full-time position based out of Saint Petersburg, Florida. The role offers an annual salary of USD 90,000–110,000, depending on experience and credentials.

You will provide trauma-focused mental health support through telehealth, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• LMHC designation is required.
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Minimum of three years of trauma-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations of patients with trauma-related mental health issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient, implementing evidence-based strategies for managing trauma symptoms.
• Engage in regular one-on-one sessions with clients to monitor their progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Educate patients and staff on coping mechanisms for stress and trauma.
• Provide resources and referrals to support patients in achieving goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community programs for comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and stay updated on best practices.
