Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Implement CBT and DBT interventions, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.
