Job summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health in Kent, WA is seeking a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) for a full-time remote position. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapies to clients with diverse mental health needs.

The role requires a master's degree in counseling, WA LMHC licensure, at least two years' experience, strong communication, and proficiency with EHR systems. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and participate in supervision and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.
• Minimum two years of counseling or therapy experience with individuals, groups, and families.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in electronic health records and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Administer diagnostic assessments and tailor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, social workers, and educators.
• Maintain secure EHR documentation and ensure privacy compliance.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and continuing education.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
