Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted Oregon LMFT license.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical therapy experience.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proficient in comprehensive diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Commitment to ethics, cultural competence, and social justice in practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using CBT, Solution-Focused and systemic approaches.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and monitor client progress over time.
• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in line with ethical standards.
