Ellie Mental Health seeks an Outpatient Therapist to provide quality mental health care within a supportive culture. You will manage a robust caseload, complete assessments and treatment plans, and maintain thorough clinical documentation while collaborating with a team that values humor, authenticity, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Active LMFT license in Wisconsin.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes.
• Ability to maintain boundaries with clients and adhere to documentation timelines.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Apply clinical creativity to help clients make progress.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings with a collaborative team.
