Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid LMFT license in Maryland.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapy methods, including CBT, DBT, and related frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain compliance.
