Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, MHC, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
• Experience delivering therapy to individuals and groups with culturally responsive approaches.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
• Manage crisis situations with immediate intervention and support.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and community resources.
• Maintain confidential patient documentation per legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training.
• Stay current with research and best practices in diverse mental health contexts.
