Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insights into patients' unique backgrounds and formulate individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the ability to navigate cultural nuances in therapy.
• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic services to individuals and groups using culturally responsive and inclusive methodologies.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure during challenging situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal capabilities, with proven success in building rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in working within community health settings or with multicultural populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
