Red Oak Mental Healthcare in Georgia is seeking licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our fully remote team. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices, with a salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year.

This remote role offers a flexible schedule, professional development opportunities, and the support of an administrative team as you deliver high-quality mental health care to diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT licensure in the state.
• Experience providing individual and couples therapy.
• Experience with diverse populations including children and adults.
• Strong writing and communication skills; proficient with EHRs.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy for teens and adults.
• Facilitate couples therapy to improve communication and relationship skills.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure ethical compliance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Stay informed on evidence-based approaches in MFT.
• Advocate for client rights and connect to external resources.
• Demonstrate proficiency with virtual therapy in an online setting.
