Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy to clients, primarily in Georgia, via telehealth.

The role supports individuals, couples, and families facing relationship and family life challenges, with sessions scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Remote work is offered, requiring a valid Georgia LMFT license and a master’s degree in the field.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in Georgia.
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth.
• Work with individuals, couples, and families on relationship and family concerns.
• Complete intake evaluations and review relevant background information.
• Help clients identify the main issues they want to address in therapy.
• Guide conversations around communication, conflict, boundaries, and family changes.
• Maintain clear and current clinical records.
• Recognize when additional services or referrals may be helpful.
• Follow Georgia LMFT licensing, confidentiality, and professional requirements.

Position: Full-Time
Pay: $115,000–$120,000 per year

Position Overview

We are hiring an LMFT to provide virtual therapy to clients in Georgia. You will work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with relationship concerns, family tension, communication problems, and major changes in their personal lives. The role is focused on helping clients understand what is contributing to these difficulties and supporting them as they work through challenges that affect their relationships and home life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
• Work with individuals, couples, and families on relationship and family concerns
• Complete intake evaluations and review relevant background information
• Help clients identify the main issues they want to address in therapy
• Guide conversations around communication, conflict, boundaries, and family changes
