Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across a general mental health program. This is a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling and clinical support.

Join a program offering steady referrals, free CEUs and CAMS training, malpractice coverage, AI-enabled EMR, and structured supervision via case consults, with opportunities to specialize in Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

Formación

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Multi-state licensure a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
