You will help shape autonomous agents by designing modular, production-grade software and by collaborating with teams that train LLMs to coordinate complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience building multi-stage coordination tasks with live tools.
