This full-time position is remote or hybrid, with 2–4 Bay Area trips annually for retreats and meetings. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in LLC accounting, strong communication, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of LLC financial management experience.
• 3 years of experience with accounting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, cross-department collaboration.
• Proficient with Mac OS, Google Suite/Apps, MS Word, MS Excel, and other basic software.
• Strong data handling and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in client service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LLC book management and revenue recognition (50%).
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation and monthly close; manage partner billing.
• Maintain books for RS network LLCs and inter-company reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly financial statements, invoicing, and open invoices review.
• Manage tax coordination and entity-specific accounting needs.
