Job summary

Resilient Strategies LLC seeks a dynamic LLC Finance Manager to lead cross-cutting accounting projects across departments. This full-time role supports network partners with accurate money movement and clean audit trails, emphasizing precision as a form of solidarity.

The position manages monthly close, inter-company reconciliation, and tax coordination, with remote work options and occasional Bay Area travel for retreats.

Qualifications

• Belief in CEP, CEPEF and Resilient Strategies values; committed to movement infrastructure.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment with focus on impact.
• 3-4 years of LLC financial management experience; accounting software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• LLC revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Maintain books for RS network LLCs and conduct monthly close.
• Partner billing, inter-company reconciliation, and bank account management.
• Coordinate tax preparation and provide monthly financials to LLCs.
• Oversee PAC and other LLC entity invoicing and revenue/expense reconciliations.
• Produce monthly financials and invoices for network partners.
• Support the transition to new entity setups as needed.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain audit trails.
• Assist with annual audits and regulatory compliance as needed.
