Job summary

Resilient Strategies LLC seeks a dynamic LLC Finance Manager to oversee accounting for our network of LLC entities. You will lead monthly closes, balance sheet reconciliation, inter-company transactions, and partner billing, ensuring timely, accurate financials in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

The role is full-time and remote or hybrid, with 2-4 annual Bay Area trips for retreats and strategy sessions.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of LLC financial management experience.
• 3 years of accounting software experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage across teams.
• Computer literacy with Mac OS, Google Suite/Apps, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong data handling and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LLC revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Manage monthly close and partner billing for RS network.
• Provide monthly financials and invoices to LLCs; reconcile open invoices quarterly.
• Coordinate tax preparation and inter-company reconciliations.
