Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Therapeutic Account Manager for the Liver portfolio in the Fort Worth, TX area.

The TAM will drive strategic account plans, build relationships with physicians and care teams, and align with regional priorities to advance disease awareness, patient identification, and therapy initiation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma sales, strong clinical aptitude, and experience with complex health systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech.
Experience with account-based selling across health systems and referral networks.
Strong clinical aptitude and ability to communicate complex scientific data.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a focused territory business plan aligned with priorities.
Identify high-opportunity accounts, health systems, and referral networks.
Map influence and decision-making within complex accounts and secure next steps.
Engage healthcare professionals as clinically credible peers with insights.
Coordinate cross-functional actions to maintain momentum and execution.
Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and administrative documentation.
