This role emphasizes artist booking, contract negotiations, vendor coordination, and cross-department collaboration with community partners to strengthen PCBC's connections with Pittsburgh audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of live event planning/production/management.
• 2+ years managing event production budgets.
• Experience booking talent; negotiating contracts and coordinating with venues.
• Strong knowledge of Pittsburgh's live music and events scene.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with event management and social tools.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to assist with setup and teardown, including lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and production of high-quality live events.
• Manage logistics, schedules, budgets, venue coordination, and on-site ops.
• Handle artist/talent booking, fee negotiations, contracts, and communications.
• Collaborate across departments and with community partners.
• Maintain event calendars, production plans, and post-event analysis.
