Job summary

CENTER FOR FAMILY REPRESENTATION in the Bronx seeks a Litigation Supervisor to oversee staff attorneys in Article 10 and related proceedings (Custody, Orders of Protection, Guardianship, TPR). The role involves guiding interdisciplinary teams with social work, family and parent advocates, and paralegals to strengthen litigation practice.

You will coordinate case practice, conduct staff trainings, draft development reviews, and collaborate with ACS and court staff to improve practice and policy

Qualifications

• Four to six years of experience in Article 10/TPR family court proceedings.
• Experience representing indigent parties in related proceedings (criminal, immigration, housing, benefits, or mental hygiene).
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff attorneys in interdisciplinary teams and manage caseloads.
• Coordinate case practice, attorney workgroups, and staff training.
• Develop practice materials and participate in agency-wide strategic planning and policy work.
• Collaborate with court and agency staff to improve program operations.
