Job summary

CFR is seeking a Litigation Supervisor in the Bronx to supervise staff attorneys on interdisciplinary teams including social work, family advocate, and paralegal staff. This role supports representation in Article 10 and related proceedings, guiding litigation mastery and training efforts.

The supervisor will coordinate staff practices, write performance reviews, and help develop practice materials while working with CFR leadership to advance program planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Four to six years in Article 10/TPR family court work or seven years in related indigent proceedings.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with program development, training, and ancillary proceedings.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; capable of managing staff.

Responsibilities
