Qualifications

• Minimum five years of litigation experience required; personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules.
• Ability to proofread and cite check documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft routine legal documents.
• Manage multiple cases from start to trial.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize medical records.
• Prepare depositions, including gathering and organizing exhibits.
• Assist during trial and conduct various document searches.
