Kronenberger Rosenfeld LLP is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team. The role focuses on handling all aspects of litigation documents for federal and state courts, including drafting, filing, and e-discovery support.

The candidate should be organized, assertive, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. The position primarily operates remotely, with optional use of our downtown San Francisco office as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of paralegal litigation experience.
• Familiar with civil litigation rules and procedures in federal court.
• Laser-focused on impeccable grammar and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file litigation documents in federal and state courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery templates for attorneys.
• Cite-check briefs and file documents with courts via ECF/other platforms.
• Monitor and manage the litigation calendar and deadlines.
• Assist in document review/production using e-discovery tools.
• Coordinate with court staff and third-party vendors as needed.
