Qualifications

• 3 years of paralegal experience in litigation.
• Experience supporting discovery and e-discovery workflows.
• Familiarity with federal and state filing procedures and case management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all stages of data privacy class action defense litigation.
• Maintain and organize case files, pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and manage discovery, including ESI collection, review, tracking, and production.
• Assist with preservation notices, legal holds, and custodian tracking.
• Prepare and finalize pleadings, motions, subpoenas, declarations, and exhibits.
• Conduct factual and legal research related to privacy laws and rules.
• Manage deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation logistics.
• Track court deadlines and filing schedules to ensure timely actions.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, e-discovery vendors, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with e-filing in federal and state courts and ensure formatting compliance.
