You will mentor Associates, oversee caseloads, coordinate experts, communicate with regulators, and act as the primary client contact while participating in on-call crisis management outside business hours.

Qualifications

• Membership in good standing with a State Bar.
• Experience in privacy, cybersecurity, or regulatory matters is required.
• Strong writing and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and advise Associates while managing a caseload on data privacy and cybersecurity matters.
• Engage and direct experts to investigate and respond to incidents, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with regulators, law enforcement, and third parties as needed as the primary client contact.
• Participate in rotating on-call crisis management outside normal business hours.
