The Freelance Firm, LLC, a nationwide network of experienced freelance attorneys and paralegals, is seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal for remote, contract-based work supporting various client law firms.

This role requires 5+ years of paralegal experience, strong litigation background, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple active cases with minimal supervision. 35–40 hours per week, with potential to become full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience.
• Strong litigation experience across practice areas.
• Excellent drafting skills: pleadings, motions, discovery.
• Understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, deadlines.
• Experience managing cases and moving matters forward independently.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with court filings, calendaring, and deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple active cases and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Dependable, accountable, and reliable.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available for at least 35 hours per week.
• Interested in long-term opportunity with the potential to become full-time.
• Experience in real estate litigation, landlord/tenant, business litigation, or probate administration is a plus.
