Job summary

The Freelance Firm, LLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our national network. The role focuses on supporting remote, on-demand legal projects for client law firms with a strong emphasis on e-filing, discovery, and case management.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in litigation support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Remote hours are variable, approximately 10–20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Strong experience with e-filing pleadings in state and/or federal courts.
• Experience scheduling depositions, mediations, and other litigation-related events.
• Ability to assist with all phases of discovery, including drafting, responding to, and organizing discovery.
• Strong understanding of court rules, procedures, and compliance with deadlines.
• Experience drafting pleadings and legal correspondence.
• Ability to conduct legal research and support attorneys with case strategy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently.
• Proactive and professional communication skills.
