Jobot in the United States is seeking a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal for a fully remote role with excellent work-life balance. You will independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial and support senior attorneys across personal injury matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations
• Develop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys
• Work with medical experts, investigators, and retained experts
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
