Jobot is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a first party property damage practice in a fully remote environment. The candidate should have 2 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience and be comfortable working remotely.

The role includes drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and coordinating with attorneys to ensure case progress. Florida residency is preferred due to client requirements, and the team emphasizes organization and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in first party property damage.
• Experience working in a remote or minimally supervised environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery with court deadlines in mind.
• Handle all aspects of discovery including responses, production, and exhibits.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and organize documentation.
