Job description

Growing law firm is seeking insurance defense attorneys with 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Special interest in attorneys with first-party insurance litigation and/or construction-defect litigation. Experience in one or more of the following practice areas is ideal: commercial litigation, insurance defense, product liability, employment law, business litigation.

The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:

1. Proficiency in handling cases from inception to resolution, including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, trial work, and mediations.
2. Experience reviewing claims files and communicating with claims professionals and clients.
3. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively.
4. Energetic, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic.
5. Excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills.
6. Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented.
