Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of practicing law and litigation experience.
• Experience in written discovery, depositions, motions, and trial/arbitration.
• Strong legal research, writing skills, and familiarity with Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Defend the company’s interests in litigation and disputes across a diverse portfolio.
• Manage and de‑escalate disputes with customers, dealers, and external service providers.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, set strategy, and oversee staffing and costs.
