Ideal candidates have a U.S. bar, 3+ years post-JD experience, and a track record in drafting, discovery, and motion practice.

Qualifikationen

• Current or past U.S. bar admission and JD required.
• Minimum 3 years of substantive post-JD litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience with drafting, discovery and motion practice.
• Specialised background in shareholder or LLC litigation.
• Experience with fiduciary duties, owner oppression, governance disputes.

• Analyze shareholder and LLC disputes and draft related materials.
• Develop case theory and adapt strategy as facts evolve.
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery requests and related documents.
• Create evaluation rubrics and ensure consistency with law.
