Qualifications

• Licensed US attorney in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years post-JD litigation experience in shareholder/LLC disputes.
• Mastery in legal drafting for commercial litigation and discovery.
• Strong written English with precise legal register.

Responsibilities

• Produce authentic litigation documents each turn under senior direction (motions, briefs, letters, discovery materials).
• Draft rubric items for submissions outlining essential elements of robust responses.
• Incorporate senior feedback into subsequent drafts and adapt to evolving case posture.
• Maintain consistency in legal argumentation across multi-turn simulated litigation.
• Identify ambiguities or gaps and coordinate with leadership to resolve.
