G3PM is seeking a civil litigation attorney with at least 1 year of experience to join its warranty department in California. The candidate will represent car manufacturers and attend in-person vehicle inspections in CA, while working remotely.

The role requires CA Bar admission, solid academic credentials, and knowledge of lemon law. Excellent writing and client-relations skills are essential, with strong time management and independent as well as team work capabilities.

Competenze

• Active CA Bar in good standing
• Civil litigation experience with CA lemon law
• Knowledge of CA Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
• Ability to attend in-person vehicle inspections in CA
• Strong organization, detail orientation and time management
• Good judgment, critical thinking and ownership of projects
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong client relations
