LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Tennessee Litigation team in a remote capacity. You will represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings, while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a high-volume practice.

The ideal candidate is Tennessee-licensed with 3+ years of litigation experience, strong legal writing, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Tennessee; strong litigation background preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation experience; ability to manage cases and draft pleadings.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
