Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Maryland Bar and in good standing (DC/VA a plus).
• Minimum five years in commercial litigation with emphasis on construction law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze issues relevant to active matters.
• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents.
• Develop and execute case strategies with senior attorneys.
• Manage all phases of discovery and e-discovery processes.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses.
