Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join the team and represent injured workers. Experience in workers' compensation, personal injury, or employment law is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation background in workers' compensation, personal injury, employment law, or related area.
• Workers' compensation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to helping clients and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Must have an assigned bar number or an assigned date to be sworn in.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation matters involving injured workers.
• Manage cases and legal matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Advocate for clients through negotiations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case-related documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide effective, client-focused representation.
