Synectics Inc. is seeking a skilled legal assistant to provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring smooth case progression from intake to resolution.

Your duties include drafting, reviewing, and organizing pleadings, motions, and correspondence; managing case files, deadlines, and court filings; and coordinating with clients, medical providers, and other parties in personal injury cases.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in personal injury law, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in legal documentation and case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in personal injury cases.
• Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
