Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense.
• Background in Insurance Coverage, General Liability, or related areas.
• Ability to manage a caseload with partner support.

Responsabilités

• Manage own caseload with partner support
• Develop case strategy from initial assessment through resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions
• Handle written discovery and depositions
• Work directly with clients and carriers
• Attend hearings, mediations and arbitrations
• Prepare matters for trial
• Gain meaningful courtroom and trial exposure
