Confidential Employer in Bellevue, WA, is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of insurance defense litigation to join our busy civil defense practice. This role covers construction defect and personal injury matters, with remote opportunities for qualified attorneys in Washington and Oregon.

You will manage cases through all stages, draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and assist with trial preparation—while collaborating with experienced attorneys

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Washington or Oregon, with eligibility for admission in the other state.
• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• 1+ year of construction defect or personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling discovery, drafting motions, and participating in litigation proceedings.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and confidence managing multiple active matters.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take on increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year

Note:

Candidates must have 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, including at least 1 year handling construction defect or personal injury matters. An active Washington or Oregon bar license is required, along with eligibility to obtain admission in the other state.
