Job summary

Mullen Coughlin LLC is seeking a Litigation Associate to defend individuals and organizations in class actions, regulatory investigations, and complex data privacy matters. The role emphasizes incident response, data privacy compliance, and courtroom exposure.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in litigation, active PA bar, and experience with large document productions and e-discovery. Remote or hybrid work may be available with occasional travel to Devon, PA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an Associate in litigation.
• Active PA bar or residency with license to practice law.
• Experience with class actions or complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage class actions and complex data matters with guidance from partners.
• Handle privacy-based tort, contract, and statutory actions.
• Represent clients before regulatory bodies and investigations.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Appear at hearings or provide second chair support as needed.
• Ensure timely reporting to clients and supervise vendors.
